Desire for physical Food

Just like everyone else, I love food and love to eat it 
. I've noticed recently that the more that i keep my focus in the higher meditative state, I don't feel the hunger for physical food as much and was just wondering if this is a typical feeling or non-feeling experienced by others.

I was coming in this section to start a new thread but then I realized yours! I was going to say that I know that all food is mere energy but the more I release and observe and get in touch with who I am or am not, my desire for certain foods has changed. Sometimes I'm not very hungry but when I am, I am compelled to make more conscientious decisions...

Thanks for posting this article...this resonates with ME! And, I sort of put it this way...the DNA, cells, blood, internal organs, physical body and extremities all respond to the deep levels of what the mind believes.
