How Seawater Can Power the World

I just stumbled upon this New York Times article... How Seawater Can Power the World.

I remembered reading about this in Sonia's book...
"The Holographic Canvass," chapter 23 (The Illusion of Lack)...
The flow of money falls in line with the concept of free energy. What is free energy? Free Energy is any form of energy provided by the natural world to generate power or essential momentum for the production of many forms of energy efficient fuel. According to Clear Tech Inc:

detrimental effects to the environment, and at extremely low costs for the maintenance of the
