I certainly resonated with Mooji's words...

I have this friend that i've known for quite a few years that repeats these statements to me:

"You're cold and unfeeling"
"You're selfish, it's only about you and you're uncaring about other people"
"You don't have a heart"
"You don't fool me"
"You've become very good at this game that you're playing"

In the past, i would have argued and debated these comments. Now, I just view, listen and sometimes laugh because I see the seriousness, the emotions, can feel their sense of 'lack of control' and its just doesn't stir me anymore.
